This post will probably get buried unless I expand upon it massively to provide some great insight into the health benefits. But for now, I’m just going to log my daily steps here.

Week 1

5th November 2020 – 13,953
6th November 2020 – 18,346
7th November 2020 – 12,121
8th November 2020 – 22,204
9th November 2020 -12,224

Slight update on this. I track this via my Garmin Forerunner and the Garmin App. Each day Garmin gives me a new goal to hit, which creeps up as I hit this goal each day. Today on the 10th Nov my target is 12,020. So from today onwards I’m going to be looking to hit my goal each day.. Hopefully, it plateaus at about 15k as I don’t fancy hitting 40k steps each day in a years time.

10th November 2020 – 21,921
11th November 2020 – 14,159 (Target 14,000)

Total steps week 1 – 114,928

Week 1 of 10,000 steps

18th November 2020 – 11,473 (15650) Birthday

Hitting these goals set by Garmin is becoming too time-consuming, so I’m going to switch back to 10,000 targets..
